Customer service was poor. we received only two breakfast tickets instead of the promised three!

checking in was a disaster, they couldn’t even find my reservation and I was not offered an alternate room! absolutely unbelievable. I was charged anyway! I had a totally spacious room that woudl ve been nice under different circumstances, but the lack of responsive service just ruined everything. almost left a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Nice room with plenty of space. Enjoyed the games room and happy hour at the bar. Housekeeping fell short. didn't clean our room on Saturday. Overall, a decent stay.
